President Sirleaf Leaves for Dakar

Monrovia, Liberia - President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has left the country for Dakar, Senegal to participate in the inauguration of President Abdoulaye Wade. The President is traveling to Senegal at the invitation of the Senagalese Government.

President Johnson-Sirleaf is scheduled to return to the country on April 4th.

While the President is away, Justice Minister and Attorney General, Counselor Frances Johnson-Morris, will act as Chairman of the Cabinet and will steer the affairs of State in consultation with Vice President Joseph Boakai.
