Rivercess County Superintendent Relieved of Duties

Monrovia, Liberia - The Superintendent of Rivercess County, Mr. Francis Paye has been relieved of his responsibilities by President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf.

An Executive Mansion release quoting a letter to Mr. Paye, said The President was relieving him of the post because he failed to meet the requirements based upon an assessment of his performance as superintendent.

The President has named the Development Superintendent, Mr. John K. Zogar, who will serve until a successor is named.

The dismissed Rivercess superintendent has been asked to turn over all official assets and documents in his possession to the Development Superintendent.

The President thanked Mr. Paye for services rendered government and wished him the best in all future endeavors.
